I had an amazing experience working with Jonathan the leasing agent at Lotus Property Management. He was incredibly hands-on, attentive, and provided individualized service throughout the entire process. From facilitating the viewing, loan approval to after the sale, he went above and beyond to make everything as easy as possible. Jonathan even allowed himself to be conferenced to a call and personally helping me set up utilities. Even when I called him Jason 3 times on a call he didn't correct me, are call me out, he just went with it, which to me showed the ultimate in professionalism and humility. Having the composure to put my needs first like that sold me on him. His upbeat and helpful attitude made the process easy. I was impressed by his willingness to travel multiple times from Arcadia to Long Beach on short notice to assist with the rental. The convenience of completing documents and payments online saved so much time, Jonathan followed up promptly, within the same day or at the latest 24 hours. I really do feel like I will get the same level of service post sale as a tenant as I did during leasing,, when I decide to clog the sink (or whatever). Highly recommend!

Ruben is a great building manager. My partner and I live at Verdugo Village. Anytime my partner and I have needed help, he’s come through without fail. The apartment are clean, comfortable, have a very good location with GCC that I am attending, great Verdugo Park. It also have a good yard where we have table with the chair, once it was our first apartment tour, I liked the place so much and knew I should live there.
