I had an incredibly disappointing time with my experience with Lot management.
Beyond my experience, I have personally witnessed Their approach to routine business matters as Unprofessional and extremely disorganized. During my time with company, I consistently witnessed Delays in handling and addressing key issues to their clients, a lack of timely responses to business needs, and poor overall communication. Their handling of these matters makes them come across as inexperienced, especially when it comes to managing standard operations.
I would advise EXTREME CAUTION to anyone considering doing business with or working for this company. In my opinion, they lack the organization and professionalism needed to run a reliable operation. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this company.

This company hires extremely unprofessional employees. I had an employee of this company in a complete road rage this morning on the 101 south near Hollywood at 5:30am. This guy was purposely slowing traffic down with illegal brake checks and trying to spray his washer fluid all over the cars behind him. I wouldn’t hire anyone from this company just based on that. Basically a giant advertised Prius with the company name all over acting like a complete lunatic on the road endangering the public.

We have been struggling with lots of trash in our business parking lot, to the point were we had to complain with property management. They then sent one of your employees Jose Espinoza. He went above and beyond he is a dedicated and passionate cleaner. I’ve never seen the parking lot this clean. Thank you so much.👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍

As a patron of establishments in San Diego that utilize "Lot Management" for their parking lot services, I must address a situation that undermines the principles of inclusivity and respect, which are crucial for a positive customer experience. My visits to the Food 4 Less on Shawline have been negatively impacted by the behavior of a specific "Lot Management" employee, a Hispanic male tasked with maintenance duties. His actions toward me, including grimacing, shaking his head, and making inappropriate sounds, starkly contrast with his interactions with other customers. This behavior, uniquely targeted at me, raises concerns of possible discrimination based on my transgender identity, a serious issue given its legal and moral implications in California.
Upon addressing this issue with Food 4 Less, I was informed that since the individual is employed by "Lot Management," any complaints should be directed to them. This emphasizes the importance for "Lot Management" to ensure their employees uphold respect and dignity towards all customers. Such behavior not only affects the shopping experience negatively but also violates the legal protections against discrimination based on gender identity.
It is imperative for "Lot Management" and the businesses it represents to foster an environment that exudes respect, inclusivity, and professionalism. Promptly addressing such behaviors is crucial to maintaining a welcoming environment for all customers, regardless of their identity. I urge "Lot Management" to take this feedback into consideration and enforce measures to ensure all employees, regardless of their roles, adhere to the highest standards of customer interaction and respect.

Marcel is the best landlord/ property manager anyone can ask for. We lived in one of his properties for 5 years, and any time we had an issue or repair, he addressed it immediately. He is focused on our safety and comfort. He keeps rent at reasonable rates. I cant rave enough about how fantastic he is and how lucky we were to have him for 5 years.
