This company is absolutely useless when it comes to taking care of their tenants. I submitted a request to have my bathtub and kitchen sink reglazed over two weeks ago, and the Property Meld app has been completely ineffective—requests just sit there with no response. I’ve had to constantly call and email just to get them to do the job they’re supposed to do.

After weeks of back-and-forth, I finally got a service appointment scheduled for this morning. But when the time came, no one showed up. I called the vendor directly, only to find out that LA Property Management had canceled the service without even informing me. No call, no email—just a complete waste of my time.

And this isn’t the first time they’ve failed at basic management. Last year, our apartment had a rat infestation, and despite my repeated calls and emails, they dragged their feet for ages. When they finally responded, they told me I had to pay for pest control myself—are you kidding me?! I’ve attached screenshots from our wonderful communication about the rat issue last year, so you can see for yourself how little they care.

Oh, and if you’re wondering why they have any 5-star reviews? They bribe people with a $35 Amazon gift card to leave them. That should tell you everything you need to know (Screenshot attached).

If you’re considering renting from this company, save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. They are unresponsive, unhelpful, and clearly don’t care about their tenants.

Ever since Los Angeles Property Management Group started managing my apt building things became so much more efficient and improved! If there is any issue requiring maintenance - they are so fast, easy to work with and professional! It's a huge step up from the past and I am so happy. I have never had one issue that wasn't resolved fast and perfectly! 5 Stars for real!

We moved in at 4646 Willis Ave a little over a year ago and the experience with the managing company has been great so far. Communication is there all the time with announcements, maintenance requests get taken care of right away and building managers are on it. The building we live in is old but gets cleaned weekly, no trash anywhere, the pool is clean all the time too.

Their contractors are knowledgeable and handle your problem expediently and efficiently. I've been very happy with the maintenance here and will continue to reside here as I love the location of these apartments! Close to everything I need!

LAPMG has improved their services greatly since they first took over my building. They are prompt in getting back to me, even after hours, which happened the last time I needed help. Everything was fixed the next day. Alex is their best handyman, but the office staff are efficient and easy to work with.
