Phenomenal realtor! Tricia got us many showings on a next day request, even when likely not convenient times for her, but she was always cheerful and kind as well as being responsive and on the ball. She was always so patient with us and willing to go many extra miles for our satisfaction. She painstakingly worked with our seller when a problem arose from the inspection that needed repairing. She is so knowledgeable and versatile, being able to show us remote land as well as neighborhood homes, as we tried to make up our minds. She is fun and so personable. She's now my first good friend as we move into the area and I'm so thankful for her!
