Buying investment property is time consuming, stressful and quite scary with all the paperwork and contracts involved if you are first time buyer in this crazy market. That’s why being able to find an agent who can guild you step by step is crucially important in this business.

Thankfully I got the help from Alex Lai. He’s not only extremely knowledgeable but also honest and really easy to talk to. He helped me locate an excellent property in West Covina with below market rent and replacement cost. Lot of inspections were done but Alex made them look easy. On top of that, he was constantly checking with escrow company during closing to ensure everything was done correctly.
