It is drive thru service only at the moment, like most things, and that means that they can only see one person at a time so the line gets quite long at times. The ladies there are professional and try to keep it moving. Only issue I have had in my 6 years using them is their computers were down yesterday but that's not their fault. Super simple process to renew, just hand them your license and they do the rest!

I love the clerk and staff that work in this office. They have always been very helpful and courteous when I have gone there to deal with registration of my vehicles. I am glad that they have stayed open through the pandemic and are serving customers through their drive through.

It took almost a year for this office to tell me to get a title bond for my car. There were circumstances that they were aware of. Then there was a $500 cash payment, that I had a receipt for, this office refused to credit my account for.
