I absolutely love being apart of the LoKation family. I love the support, the flexibility, the resources, and I have all the tools needed to succeed. And of course I love the low monthly fees and 100% commission.

Wednesday evening at 7:36 pm made & confirmed an appointment for 11 am to tour 1390 Windom Rd., Tallapoosa via phone & email. On Thursday at 11:40 after reviewing the exterior & crawl space, called Renee McGill to find out why she had not arrived. She was at another appointment an hour away, she had texted me at 9:54 am to confirm, I was on the road driving 1.5 hours to the appointment. She apparently double booked.
I contacted Remax listing agent who wrote the contract offer.
Ms. McGill’s procedure was not at all professional. Extremely poor customer service.

What a great experience as a REALTOR! I was a little wary that the pricing was too good to be true ...but it is exactly as advertised! My Georgia Broker is very responsive and I Get Paid at the Closing Table!! Highly Recommend!
