I cannot say enough good things about Lofty Property Management of San Diego! Nick and Ben are wonderful to work with, easy, responsive and responsible. They have managed our condo for quite a while now and have been a breath of fresh air compared to our previous property managers.

Nick and Ben charge a very reasonable management fee and don't nickel and dime you for every repair. They are extremely professional and honest. Their firm is just the right size, meaning their service is personal and they are familiar with your property. The few inquiries I have had are answered in hours rather than days and one of them answers, not some third party. And they keep my tenant happy, so what more could I ask for?

Property management came over and cut a whole in the ceiling leaving exposed black mold and insulation. See picture for remnants pulled from the ceiling and left in our tub.
