Absolutely the best!!! Loffman manages many of my properties now and I am so thankful I made the switch. My prior property management company came with the typical nightmares: 20% below rents, poor tenant screening, and nickel and dime for everything. Loffman is a family owned and operated company and they REALLY go the extra mile. They are especially great at advertising the properties and tenant screening. I have the best tenants we have had in over 15 years of owning real estate. I am so thankful my properties are now in the best hands of people who really care and take pride in their work. If you do not have a property manager yet, they will make your life SO much easier. If you are not completely satisfied with your property manager (I can relate), give them a try. As a landlord of my own properties I can say it takes a lot of time and effort to find tenants, handle the maintenance and do basic logistics of managing the properties. After buying another property I realized I did not have the time or resources to manage my properties and needed a property manager. Debbie and her staff do a thorough job finding and screening the right tenants for my properties. Debbie promptly notifies me of any maintenance issues that arise, how much it will cost to do the maintenance and what the next steps are so I can make informed decisions. Ten years ago I inherited a house in Roseville California. Debbie Loffman was the first person I interviewed to manage the property and I hired her on the spot. For all of this time Deddie and her team have done an outstanding job. I am keep me informed as to any problems that may be involved with maintenance. All jobs are done through them. The Loffman management team does an outstanding job of keeping me informed, repairs are done as needed and I am kept informed as to the progress. I could not be more satisfied. I’ve been a rental property owner for only 2yrs. I considered managing the property myself until I heard a few horror stories of tenants. This is not how I wanted to spend my retirement, managing a rental. Today, I believe potential renters accept a management company and will pay higher rent when a property management company like Loffman Properties manages the property. So far this property management has been really easy to work with. Debbie responds very quickly to emails and they have kept us up to date on the property we will be renting. Scheduling showings has been flexible and overall I am happy we are going through Loffman.

Ms. Loffman is a true professional. I have no tenant issues, because she finds good ones for me. Whenever there is a maintenance issue, I am informed promptly and Ms. Loffman's company handles with aplomb.

I will buy more houses in the Sacramento area in the next year to 18 months, and will happily hand the keys to Ms. Loffman's firm.

She makes life easy as a landlord, I just get the tax deduction and cash the checks.
