Initially I was not impressed with a slow response when I completed a loan application and had to reach out multiple times to get a response. But once I got a response, I will have to say the exceptional energy that went into the process was second to none. The loan broker was on top of the process and made things very smooth. My loan was a 21 day close so things move very quickly and things had to be done perfectly in a timely manner in order to close on time. Anytime we ran into a small hurdle the broker always resolved the issue and moved forward. At the end 3-5 days before closing, the broker advised me the underwriter made a mistake on the property taxes on the impound account will was lower than it was suppose to be. I guess it’s somewhat a good thing but I would have to put funds to the side so when the escrow account is short I would send the extra funds to pay the difference. A bit of a pain but it was alright. The broker advised me of the issue but I didn’t want to delay the closing date so I went ahead with the advisement and was able to close the deadline date. Other then the initial response and the underwriting mistake the broker was second to none on his knowledge and service skills. Would I recommend his services, I would definitely recommend him as he is top notch.
