I’m not gone lie this management just irritated my spirit today. I want y’all to know rent high as hell here, and they not very reasonable to they tenants at all. I been living in Inglewood for 1 year and my rent already 100 dollar difference then on top of that they EXPECT you to pay your rent on the 1st or else they will charge you 100 to my opinion you wouldn’t be late on rent if you payed it before the 4th first off people pay period are different and some people live a very busy life they give no GRACE period for this reason I can not live with them I am currently looking for another management company that’s actually cares about they tenants and not try to take every dollar for stupid stuff doesn’t make any since to charge someone a late fee and they paying they rent on the 2nd. No A/C NO PARKING MY SINK IS ALWAYS MESSED UP THEY PAINTED OVER EVERYTHING IN HERE SO THE PAINT IS COMING OFF. I’m really not pleased by this company I own a business I’m too busy and this management disappoints me every time not to mention when I first moved in here cars were parked every where but soon I start parking my car Infront they want to call the tow on me but never on any other cars I was freaky new then moral of the story run from this property management
