Visiting a friend and finally viewing the negative expressions that have been made and concerns vocalized on this area. Knowing more than one tenant, personally, there it confirms the suggestions. A lot of improvements are needed and are being disregarded but upon evaluation by the city and/or county will have to be addressed and corrected.
