Teresa and Mackenzie helped us sell our family home on Lake Lanier, a house our parents built and handed down to us. It was very personal and they handled our process with a wonderful combination of grace and professionalism. The house carried a price point lower than most of their listings but I never had the sense that they worked any less on our behalf. From beginning to end, they were proactive, communicative, and responsive; in short, they worked hard and well! Their specialization (and rootedness) on Lake Lanier is also extremely helpful. We appreciated their counsel on all aspects of the sale. Finally, we had to address questions about the foundation and structural integrity of the house. Teresa brought in trusted contractors she's used before to answer our questions in a way that supported the sale and future owner. Put simply, we’ve never before experienced a real estate service level like Michelle delivered.

You will not find a better realtor than Teresa Smith - anywhere! We chose Teresa and her team to help us sell our home on the lake after doing much research on the best team to get our home sold quickly and for top dollar. They did not disappoint!

She is aware of Corp regulations as well as having developed great professional relationships with many at the COE. She and McKenzie Scott met with us months before we listed the house and developed a plan for maximum social media presence as well as advising us on the the most opportune time to list our home. They walked us through every step from getting the home ready for pictures well ahead of time, staging, presenting the home as “coming soon”, to planning for open houses the weekend the home went live online. We got a contract the second day! All the while we were getting our home prepared, Teresa was showing me every potential next home that I wanted to see.
