I’ve had the pleasure to work alongside Lisa a few times as a real estate agent, while she helped my buyers obtain their loan (and myself when I bought my first house!). From the moment she connects with a buyer, she gets to know their needs and goals and highly takes them into consideration when coming up with loan options for them. She is diligent about finding them the best case scenario that is going to make the most sense for them financially. Once under contract, her and her team are extremely organized about the process and clear about what the next steps are and what is needed from each party. Lisa truly cares about every single one of her clients and she will advocate for them and fight for their best interests when needed. This was a ride to remember and I couldn't think of anyone better to go this path with than LISA. I learned so much from her and I am normally not a person to give up, but this was sooo hard and Lisa stayed on top of things even when I said I will throw the towel and helped me. We had a very special case of only being here 20 months. We moved here from Germany. I work for a German company and my husband is self employed less than 2 years. It was very hard to qualify for the amount we needed, because we did not know that my husband had to have 2 years for his income to fully count. We started with a different lender whom we met while we were in Germany. It was hard to get a home here in Lancaster County because there are not that many and a lot of ppl are putting in higher offers. We decided to built in July 2024. all the way until December we thought we are on a good track, the house was supposed to be done in March/April of 2025. Then our previous lender asked us to do things we did not feel comfortable with. We ended up having to change lenders 3 months before finish ! our scores were too low, not all income was qualified and we had to put a higher %% down than expected. I spend every day on the phone trying to get everything fixed and wanted to give up a week before it was done. I just couldn't anymore. Lisa helped me stay focused and brought us through the finish line. this is our dream come true. Our first home. Thank youuu sooo muchhh Lisa! Words can't express how much we value you and your husband throughout this process. I will recommend you left and right! i forgot to mention, the personal touch, the open heartet person you are. Lisa and her team make the loan and home buying process possible and manageable. She was always kind, professional, and available. I ask lots of questions throughout the process and she was always available to answer them. We had a hurdle with self employment/contract income vs salaried income and Lisa was able to work with us to get a loan approval that worked for us and our budget. Additionally we purchased a rural property which can bring along its own quirks. Lisa was un phased by the challenges. She worked hard, answered questions, communicated well, and guided us through the process to closing. I am thankful for her work ethic and skill set. I would use her again and highly recommend her to others.

TRUELY, nothing but an amazing and smooth 1st home buying experience! At first, I had attempted to buy a home with other known companies online however, Cross Country Morgage was the only one that felt welcoming and comfortable for my wife and I. We had the pleasure to speak with both Lisa and Luis who took the time throughout this whole process to ensure we bought the home we deserve. Initially, we received a breakdown of the process along with the BEST recommendation of a Realtor located in our area which she was absolute miracle. Lisa ensured throughout the entire process we were constantly up to date and answered any questions or concerns we had. Best of all, we felt that Lisa had our best interest on what we were looking for. One tool that was created by her team was a PowerPoint showing where exactly we were in the process from start to finish. The other incentive of choosing Cross Country was they are MILITARY FRIENDLY! Yes, this means, they know the ins and outs of how the VA home loan works which was the option we chose when buying our home. Better yet, they too have been in the Marine Corps so me personally, as a Marine Veteran, I know they uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
