Next door neighbor who's been a great neighbor for many years is apparently going thru mental issues. The smell coming from his apartment is gagging.
The maintenence guy is friends with him so nothing is being done. I'm trying to move from here as fast as I can for my mental health and physical health. I've been a Tennant for twenty-five years.
