Lindsey is an extraordinary realtor! She helped me and my husband purchase a house in a beautiful, dream location. Lindsey is very personable and a great communicator. She kept us updated on every little detail. She addressed all of our concerns with the seller and was able to negotiate an even better price than we were anticipating. This was a brand new listing (on market for only 3 days!) and in a very popular area. I was concerned our offer was too low and wouldn’t be accepted but she told me to hang-tight and I’m so glad I listened! She saved us A LOT. I don’t know what she said to the seller but I’m so glad they chose our offer instead of some investor with a full-cash offer. Lindsey has a way with people and even though we’ve only known her for a couple of months, we can tell she’s a genuinely kind person with a strong work-ethic. I HIGHLY recommend Lindsey!
