I lived a year at one of their properties. It was one of the units at Seth Place. From the beginning looking at places to move into from out of state I contacted them about a property. They informed that the specific property I inquired about did not allow pets but the lady was very helpful and provided some other similar properties near where I was looking that did. Moving in was smooth and I did find some minor maintenance issues when I arrived to my unit but they were quickly resolved once I notified them of it. Every time I called the office every person that answered the phone was helpful kind and knowledgeable about my status in their system.

The unit itself is very comfortable and has no major issues.
It is an older building so obviously it’s not the most luxurious place but you can make it look nice with your decor. There’s a lot of paint splashes from when they repainted. I’m not sure who they hired to paint the bathrooms but they just went roller happy and got paint all over the tubs and vanities.
The windows are also hard to open and many of the screens are missing or broken. So unfortunately I was not able to open the windows as often as I would have liked.
Other than that if i hadn’t gotten another job out of state I would have lived here again for another year.

All I heard was Lincoln was hard to get approved for, but I applied anyway. No problem at all. I love the place I’m in and I love the level of communication. Would recommend to any person.

My hose flooded and they had workers out at the house to cut carpet the very next day. The n they had them cut the walls out and dry them with fans as well. The issue I had was the time in between the walls getting removed to putting the walls back in. It took 3 weeks to have the walls back in. Then the spackle guy was sloppy and left a mess. The people who did my baseboards were good. The painter was good. But then when we finally got the floors in (also good) I had to mop and finish my own house. After cleaning they did offer a free clean up, but all they did was mop what was already mopped. They also gouged my deposit the last time I rented with them at a different property. And that’s after I cleaned the place, probably better than the cleaning company that they use. So if you’re thinking about renting with them pick a nice place in a nice location because maintenance will take a while. My gf said that should’ve taken 2-3 weeks MAX. Her dad owns a contracting company. And that’s after took almost 6-7weeks. Started 11/5/24-12/16/24

For the couple of maintenance issues I’ve had in my almost three full years with Lincoln Realty they have always been fast on getting the issues solved! Not to mention every interaction / phone call I’ve had with them has been great as well. Amazing people and company!

My daughter moved into her apartment 2 weeks before the hurricane. Well a tree went thur her master bed room. They have been slow to fix it! She has called every week and get no repose. She can only use 1 bedroom out to the 2. She still has a hole in the roof! The tarp leaks when it rains! Now it’s cold and she loosing are the heat cause of the hole in the roof! Oh and she still has to pay full rent!

I've been a renter for over 3 years with Lincoln Realty. They are quick and efficient when it comes to repairs. Theresa was SUPER helpful after hurricane Helene destroyed the rental I was last in. 5 trees on a 2/1. Unlivable, and I doubt it will be able to be repaired. Theresa told me to check out the website and let her know which place would accommodate my family. I found one, and she was quick to get me in. I am so thankful.

We are back on line with safety for our home. Lincoln's concerns and quick response to put our fire alarms back on line came thru. Thanks for everything. Our maintenance feller is always nice and always leaves his work area clean. We have been with Lincoln for awhile and thru other realtors with this lease. Lincoln has been really on the job. Walker Run Subdivision is well taken care of thru them and owner.

Incredible response time. Steve, Maintenance Manager called immediately and within an hour an Electrician was here. Problem fixed within minutes. Every contact with Lincoln has been great, including the front end ladies. Really nice company with great employees.
