I'm very disappointed in how Jaime communicates with her agents' clients. Communication was fast with Teddy when he asked for our personal information and applications and financial information, but after a week of silence, we received information that his boss made decisions for the apartment unit without telling us, days before the prospective move in date. We decided to try to figure out what happened to his boss, Jaime, and things did not go well.

After a week or two of waiting, we were given information to ask Jaime why there was no communication from their end, given that we have communicated a move in date range. No disclaimer whatsoever, and we acted on good faith from Teddy's word so we purchased a bunch of furniture in time for our move in date. We asked why there was no communication from their end and Jaime became defensive and argumentative and had absolutely zero rapport with us, her prospective clients, offered no solution or help in that regard, leaving us empty to no apartment to go to, days before our move in date. She stressed that "we have no obligation to communicate or disclose anything" because "there was no contract" and "what is your end goal here" and "well I won't give you the apartment now because you said our process is not good".

It is not worth doing business with Lifted Properties LLC because you might be given hope for a unit but will be left stranded with "no obligation to communicate because there was no contract" and will be met with horrible customer service. This was one of the worst business interactions we've had and I will not be doing business with Lifted Properties or any of their counterparts again.

Teddy was a fantastic property manager and was always extremely kind to us when we lived on the east side. I would recommend him to anyone who asks.
