Dan (Slatterly) made the whole home buying process understandable and so much easier than I though it could be. I knew from our first conversation he was very knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. He was always quick to respond to my many questions and was very patient with me, when I needed it 🙂
When there was a hiccup (always on my part!) he immediately had the answer. He overcame hurdles with apparent ease and got me into my dreamy forever home!

Dan was my loan officer during buying my condo.
From the beginning, I really appreciated his availability to answer my questions in all time (including over the weekend).
Buying process, and especially the financing part of it, are not simple, but Dan’s helped a lot making complicated things easier to understand. Where initially I was a little bit worried about obtaining the loan due to having only 4 weeks to close, after working with Dan it proved no issue at all and the loan was ready for closing way before that.

For over a month and half my partner and I have been jumping through hoops and paying money for these ppl to change our close date 2 times!!! We have rearranged our schedule and our lives in order to make things happen in a timely manner like LifeStone has requested. We were told that they would pay for the appraisal and they didn't! Told us paystubs we sent in were good but then one week later they weren't good enough without any explanation why. Im pretty disappointed in this company. Everything was also blamed on the underwriters. We moved close dates now for them 2 times and we are about to be homeless bc they are dragging their feet in the process. Would NVR recommend them to my worse enemy simply bc they can't make up their minds on stuff or give effective reasons for things.
