Life Changer Loan is THE BEST. Definitely the best mortgage experience I have ever had. Shane, Michelle and Deb are a great group to work with. Communication was prompt, professional and clear. They kept me well inform of each step of the process. The entire process took less than 3 weeks, which is partly controlled by how fast the applicant is in submitting complete information--but most importantly all of Life Changer's steps were handled with great efficiency.

A recommendation for someone considering this loan: the All-in-One loan is considerably different than a typical mortgage and not well known (there is a YouTube video of the great proponent of debt reduction, Dave Ramsey, pleading ignorance of the All-in-One). So before talking to Shane, I would recommend watching the videos on his website AND all the videos that you can find on the web and reading any articles. It might take a couple of hours, but you will have a much better understanding of the loan and how it works and the benefits vs. the normal mortgage.
