I’m pleased with the outcome. I was able to work closely with Lifebuilt homes. They were easy to work with. We had a custom home. Everything we asked for they did. They even suggested some improvements over the original plan.

Ty was very professional. The project was a challenge due to Covid. They continued to work at the best pace they could. The whole basement was renovated with one bedroom living area. Mechanical room. They added a full bath and a complete kitchen. Also added a screen porch out into the yard along with a driveway. After everything was said and done we could not be happier with what they accomplished. We would use them again for sure if something else comes up like our Master bath. LOL. Also would recommend them.

We did a complete remodel of our home- bathrooms, kitchen, electrical, plumbing, flooring, etc. from start to finish, Ty helped us make decisions, choose designs, communicated about progress, and managed the project efficiently and effectively. The subcontractors were excellent and the quality of work is amazing. The best part was the responsiveness and customer service- truly above and beyond. 10/10 recommend!

I highly recommend Life Built Homes. We had a new garage built and we love it! They went out of their way to give us exactly what wanted and rearranged the plans of the garage so we could have the space we needed. Every crew that came out were very nice, respectful and considerate of the property. If I have another home project I will definitely use Life Built again. Life Built did a complete remodel of our master bath. We are very pleased with how it turned out. We appreciated the guidance through the project. Everyone that worked on the project was professional and pleasant. Any concerns we had were promptly taken care of. We hope to have them do our next project in the future.

Lifebuilt homes has been great to work with! Of course there were a few hiccups with time frames and things beyond their control but I will say they've been on top of getting back with us to make sure we were taken care of! They recently built our new home and we love the floor plan and definitely a great craftsman builder. I love my house and my neighborhood so far and anything I find in between they've been on top of trying to help me resolve the issue. They go above and beyond other big builders and I appreciate the personal touches on each home. Great team and I pray your business continues to grow 🙏

I wish I could give them 0 Stars. Do not buy a house from Life Built Homes, consider yourself warned.

It has been nothing but trouble dealing with them on anything that needed repaired. They don’t want to honor the One year warranty. The builder that comes out “Dean” is a real know it all. He has no personality and is very rude. He will contradict everything you point out that needs repaired and turn it around on how you or your wife or your baby did something to whatever is broken.

They lined up an exhaust fan to be replaced that stopped working 3 months after purchasing the home, 15 months later after purchase and the contractor came with a ceiling fan motor instead of exhaust fan.

Dean came out one time we had a water leak in the ceiling upstairs and he turned it around how it leaked, wanted to lecture us about how mold couldn’t grow like we were idiots. I wanted the drywall around the leak fixed and he told me “just get ya a little paint”. Complete moron that never wants to repair anything or take responsibility for the issues.

The office staff is also very rude when you call about issues because the 3rd party company wants you to buy an extended warranty and if you don’t they stop returning phone calls.

Items we turned in on our One year warranty, some of those items were on our walk-thru list to be repair before purchase that never got repaired.

I’m not the only one that has had issues, our neighbors seem to have had the same issues with Life Built Homes.

We regret the day we bought our home from them.
