James (and his team) were very helpful and informative during the entire process of getting a mortgage lender to help us purchase our home. They were very supportive in working through a sort of unique situation that did not involve the use of real estate agents. They even overcame the challenge of getting the loan approved with a house with an older roof (apparently this is a common challenge nowadays). I would recommend working with Liberty Home Mortgages if you are in the market. At least give them a shot.
