Had a wonderful experience with LGI. Ashiya C. was a blessing to work with, she made sure to get the ball rolling and get me into the next stages and right hands. Couldnt be happier having her as my Realtor/Sells Rep. If in doubt and feel your Rep sucks... Go to Ashiya.

Went to look at a model. It was way over priced for the square footage and amenities. LGI also simply builds the homes with zero input from buyers. A buyer has zero ability to custom choose his home amenities. Flooring, cabinets, etc. You buy what they build . That is all pre installed by LGI. For what they charge that is a terrible way to spend your money on a new home.
There are other builders in rhe area such as Legacy, Frontier and D.R. Horton that are cheaper yet you get a larger home, lot and amenity choices.

I was so disappointed. I guess those Texas builders have a totally different process of home building than those here in California. Not a good one. Way overpriced for a small single story.

The builder had told me before I applied that my deposit would be refundedable if I didn’t qualify for the loan or if there was a issue with the loan, well when there was a issue with the loan and I asked for my deposit back they did not want to refund me my money just because I did not use their lender how can you guys just take peoples money like that

I compared every builder close by and none of them could compare to LGI Homes. Solar panels were included along with all of the beautiful upgrades. It was a no-brainer.

Expensive. Only one sink in master bathroom. Start off at the 430,000$. Was not impressed. Overpriced for the area .

False advertisement. Online shows riverside and when u can it’s in victorville. But online it clearly shows riverside area
