Brand New VOLANTE town houses in Hobart.
Might as well call it Dog Poop Park.

I do not own a dog but for some reason I have to pick up dog poop and deal with homeless people living in the parking lot on a DAILY basis. I have reached out to Lexington Management on MULTIPLE occasions with almost zero response on the matter. The only time I had a chance to speak to someone, they recommended I camp out and wait for people to not pick up there dogs poop and take pictures and send them over, but even after I did catch a few people they will not return my calls. They don't mind the homeless living in their parking lots.

They don't see it so it does not bother THEM!!

For the almost 2000 per month I'm spending on this place I expected better.

Apartment was nice and they kept up with any maintenance needed. If I submitted a request they would be in next business day to fix or repair anything. I had a really nice manager and he was very helpful with my move out process as well. Especially since I had to end my lease early. If I didn’t move out of state I would still be with Lexington management. I was aware that they were not good at giving back security deposits but I basically got my entire deposit back. As long as you follow the rules or policy’s, they are really good to rent from, (pretty much the same policies as any other apartment complexes).

I have never lived at a place where they were as strict with move out stuff this Lexington Management. I received a bill 8 months after move out wanting to charge me for cleaning and carpet cleaning when both were done and the place was left in very good shape. There are many reviews under Lexington Management showing they do this all the time for people. Getting a bill of $300+ 8 months after move out is absurd. Technically a place shouldn't charge you for routine carpet cleaning either unless it's beyond normal wear and tear. They will do anything to get an extra dollar out of someone. Living there was decent because we never had to deal with them. Once your gone, they could care less.

Very difficult people to deal with. Professional and cooperative over the phone but if You request info from them regarding lease information they are not concise with the information they give You. It's a very technical, nit picky lease. They like to send conflicting information and throw a bunch of numbers at You that will make You question "what was that for?." If You live check to check this is one of the worst places that You could live. I moved out two months ago, left the place spotless and two months later I finally received the security deposit back. Days after receiving the deposit back, I'm told that I still owe them money for failing to comply with my lease. They'll literally charge You for two crumbs, a finger smudge and a crack in the ceiling that You didn't cause. Lexington Property Management has stressed me the hell out! I moved out two months ago and I just now received a cleaning bill (9 hours worth of cleaning... $150) for a studio apartment that had a few crumbs and fingerprints on the range. ABSURD!! Complete BS! The BBB needs to investigate them. DO NOT LIVE ANYWHERE MANAGED BY THESE MONEY HUNGRY, MANIPULATIVE PEOPLE!

We received a bill for cleaning 6 months after we moved out. We already thoroughly cleaned the apartment when we moved out and received our security deposit in full. There was no mention that we still may be charged for anything else. They told us the $300 bill was due to them in 15 days, when they took 6 months to notify us of it in the first place. When I asked for an extension they said “we don’t typically do that….”

From the application process (which took about 3 hours to get approved which I think is crazy fast) The communication and help on throughout, the move in appointment and thorough walk through, it’s all been a great experience!

Having to rent my first apartment in over 15 years, I wasn’t sure what to expect but everyone made it so easy and we’re all very helpful! Not to mention the apartment has been well maintained and is perfect for me! 🙏🏼💯

Lexington Management sent us a bill for professional cleaning 6 months after we terminated our lease. We already cleaned the apartment, if we would have known it needed to be professionally cleaned in order to not be sent a $300 bill 6 months after moving out, we would have done so. Lexington management said we had 15 days to pay them back, even though it took them 6 months to notify us of any outstanding charges on our account.

Let’s be specific here. I rented from Wyndham Lake Villas. This company is nothing but a joke!! Never ever rent from this company! First we move out, and then still have to pay rent until someone else resides in the residence. Now I have been moved out since October and NOW they send me a $2800 bill for what should be normal wear and tear. And you’re only giving me 15 days to pay it? Excuse me? They are nothing but money hungry. I took picture of everything before I left and after I cleaned. Also are going to claim you had to replace all of the vinyl flooring! I know for a fact when we left it was pretty much how it was when we moved in besides NORMAL wear and tear. They will do nothing but screw you over! I am a young adult trying to make it in this crappy society and this place wants nothing but money from anyone and everyone!!! What a joke!!!!!
