Love this idea place! That had everything we needed. The stuff were nice and helpful! I will definitely come back for my next part. My son was having space themed birthday party but had to surprise him with a Bluey balloon. As soon as I saw it , I knew I needed to surprise him with it. It was bigger than him and it’s still going two weeks later.

The price for a bouncy house, 2 large tables, and 24 chairs was outstanding! We booked for a Saturday, and we were able to keep everything until Monday. You get way more than you pay! The 2 gentleman that delivered and picked up were very kind, professional, and went above to answer any silly questions I had! We will be using Let's Party for any of our further needs!

I am only going to reiterate what others have stated in other reviews. The owner does an excellent job with ballon decor, but her policies are extremely strict. You can not make ANY changes after you book her. If you do, you lose 1/2 have of your deposit. You can not even do an exchange. It makes me not want to work with this business again, but this is really the only business like this within miles. So meh... 4 stars for my overall experience.

First, the store staff weren’t the nicest when we went in for rental questions. We honestly needed your help! I’m sorry we seemed to bother you.
Secondly, I don’t understand why you wouldn’t respond or at least try to inform me of your products when I’m in your face… show me your customer service skills. Instead you directed me to the website! I’m not marking you all the way down because you’re a family business… this is more to awaken you that your staff could use more training.

Their customer service is terrible. I needed to return an item before the 7 days and the store was closed on a normal business day (5/13). I came back on 5/14 at 10:06 am because it opens at 10:00. The store was locked and no lights were on. I came back again on 5/15 at 12:15 pm and the door was locked with a sign that said -will return at 7:00 pm. Also, was never I formed that I could not return prepackaged balloons(unfilled) There is no sign in the store nor on the rack of balloons, only on the receipt. By the time you are informed on the return policy (by reading the receipt) it is too late as the purchase has already been made
