Les Walden and his team have been exceptional!! They know Lake Keowee better than anyone and they have been over the top with communication. We met Les and found a property on the same day. Made an offer and they jumped thru all the hoops to get the place inspected, small repairs, and set up the closing. Can’t say enough great things about his team. Melissa on his team is outstanding on keeping me in the loop! From the property itself all the way down to Les meeting the repair folks in person. Very nice.

I have to sing praises to Robert and Tiffany. Robert sat us down before anything and showed us trends in our areas and realistic numbers that would make our house sell fast! He made sure we understood percentages going to the sellers/buyers and realtors, and made sure that we made an informed decision with the data and information he gave us. We put our house on sale on a Sunday, and were pending closing by Wednesday! They also have a list of very reputable and fast working contractors who were wonderful and replaced our water heater on short notice 2 days after being contacted. Miss Tiffany made sure that she communicated all relevant needs for the buyer and also coordinated meetings between the lawyers for a swift and smooth closing. If you are looking for someone to give you not only results but also show you the magic behind the work and make you come out more educated about the real estate business then this team is for you!

For 18 years, Les Walden has been instrumental in bringing joy to this community by graciously lending his truck for the production of the Nutcracker at Clemson University produced by Foothills Conservatory for the Performing Arts. Without this service, we would be making many many trips back and forth from the Conservatory and storage with puck up trucks. We appreciate you Les!
