I was very pleased with the service i got from Lance Davis. He did everything i asked him to do. He found people to haul off excess big things, like the hot tub, he scheduled all the closing activities like the well and septic inspections, and worked a great sale for me. He priced the house correctly and sold it within 2 weeks. He worked hard because when he took a week off for a pre planned vacation the activity level dropped to zero, showing me he had to be calling around and pushing my property.
I can only give him 5 out of 5 stars, but i would give him 20 stars!
He has a great support staff too. Everyone plays a role and does their utmost to make the customer happy!
