Do not recommend even attempting to rent with these guys. If you disclose a disability, they will refer to your service animal as a pet repeatedly, which legally they are not and should never be treated as such, and flat out discourage you from even applying. Very discriminatory. Do not work with them.

Gabe was a wonderful landlord and I had an excellent experience as one of his tenants. The apartment was recently renovated and Gabe was very responsive to any issues that arose throughout the year. I would definitely recommend Lenox Realty Group to anyone looking to rent in the Providence area!

The whole building was Brown students including our apartment and Gabe was our landlord. He was a stellar landlord who always responded to our emails about things in 5 min time. He was always kind and if we had issues he sent people right away to help fix. I had a great experience with them and would 100% recommend for people looking for housing.

My roommates had a phenomenal experience with Lenox Realty Group. The unit itself was in excellent shape, and whenever there was an issue Gabe Francis was extremely attentive and would address it same-day or the following day at the latest. There was a time where our dishwasher stopped dispensing the soap packet properly, Gabe got someone to look at it the same day, and the next day the unit was completely swapped for a brand new dishwashing unit! Would definitely recommend this group!

This is the worst experience I ever had, these people are very unprofessional, they stole $400 from my security deposit after I moved out, charging me $200 for “personal items removal” when I made sure the house was completely empty and clean to get my despot back. They also charged $200 for blinds even though they gave me dirty broken blinds with stuff stuck to them from the last person that lived there. The neighborhood is horrible, they don’t do anything about the kids living in their apartments destroying cars and vandalism around the property. A lady that moved in next door regretted moving in right away. Make sure to take video and pictures after you move so they can’t steal your deposit.

BROWN STUDENTS BEWARE:

As said underneath all of these recent (what I'm sure are fake) reviews, would give 0 stars if I could! Have had a miserable experience of intimidation and unprofessionalism. Couldn't do the bare minimum of providing keys for all tenants upon move in. A few of us dont even have functioning heat in our rooms in these cold months despite multiple attempts to contact Lenox. Always have to brace myself when opening emails from them because the tone is usually just blatantly rude and disrespectful.

Throughout the entire renting process, did not even bother to let us know that construction would be happening next door early every morning for the entirety of the year, despite the fact that this is in fact Lenox doing construction next-door.

so many issues with them, they're just people determined to squeeze the most money out of people (especially students). please look elsewhere. there's some great individual landlords in providence.

I have dealt with this Realty Group for years and years, they are honest, they are reputable and professional.

I would highly recommend dealing with them for your rentals. There are many rental agencies that are not reputable

If I could leave zero stars I would. They will put you into properties with unsafe living conditions then pretend they had no idea how that is even possible. Try to get the problem fixed they will ignore you and change your landlord multiple times. Thank you...next!
