I wish I could give them zero stars. I contacted them regarding a rental and received messages from different numbers - that should have been a sign #1. After viewing, I applied and notified one of those numbers. She never followed up on my application and when I reached out to her for a status update, she said my credit score was not according to their requirement of a minimum score of 700. She said she sent the application to the owner and I never heard back again. The next day I saw the same listing with the credit score requirement of 660, and when I contacted that person again she pretended she didn't know anything about the listing and stopped responding. These people are extremely unprofessional. To Lenox Properties - if you don't like a prospective tenant for some reason, you should at least follow up and tell them they are not approved, and not collect their money and behave like they're applying to live for free. Don't waste your money and don't apply with them. Their buildings are also dirty and they behave like it's a privilege to live in them.

542 S. Hobart Blvd, owned by them, needs work. Their neighbor, the parking lot, needs work as well. See photos below. Staff not helpful nor care.

The worst property management company in existence. They had so many bad reviews they took down their Google page. They will harass you, intimidate you and berate you into feeling like they are the victim for asking them to provide you with basic housing rights. If you see this company anywhere, run away as fast as you can. You will only have headaches, unexpected and unprofessional conduct from the staff and be subject to harassment. If you are just moving to LA, avoid this company at all costs!
