Do not buy any of these homes they are uninsurable get an insurance quote before you buy. Because of the fire risk.

Poor customer service. Moved across country, showed up to our 9am closing, signed the documents, paid a very large amount of money only to be told we couldn't move into our new home because of office errors. Corporate wouldn't lodge us and was helpful in no way. Do not recommend doing business with Lennar.

Fantastic community with well built homes with solar panels and fantastic insulation. The completed home, upon delivery, was flawless. The location is fantastic, near Sacramento, Lake Tahoe, wineries, top-notch medical facilities and restaurants. This Lennar community is very quality-conscious and provides a lot more high end standard features, although I recommend saving 50% by skipping their design center and using your own contractors for flooring and window coverings.

Our street sign was storm damaged and fell in January, my husband repaired it and brought it to the office for maintaince to re-hang. It's been 3 months and it's still sitting at the construction trailer. This IS a public safety issue, my husband is ret'd LEO and street signs matter in emergencies. Not to mention the missed deliveries of meds/goods for the seniors. #FixThisLennar

House design is great, but customer service is poor. After 4 years here , the home has many stucco cracks which Lennar refuses to fix. That was about this 3 years ago. It has gotten worse. Again I want to stress to you, don't expect much from Lennar when it comes to customer service. It will probably cost a $1000.00 to fix the cracks.

This is an exciting new active retirement neighborhood in El Dorado Hills. The amenities are extensive including tennis, an indoor / outdoor pool with a retractable cover, and trails. Heritage is conveniently located close to Town Center with all of it's shops and restaurants. The homes are attractive and well considered. They are all single level. If you are considering a move to El Dorado Hills, this is a nice new option. Let me know if I can help! I am a local real estate broker :-). if you click my profile photo, you will have my contact info.

Although I do not own property here I am an independent contractor who offers Zumba classes to their residents 3 x a week. People are happy and helpful? The fitness area is luxurious.
If I were in the market for a new home this would be it based upon the lifestyle,

Of all the places one would NOT want to live it is
LENNAR Heritage, El Dorado Hills. With respect to
Covid, staff and residents do not comply with any
rules/mandates even though this is a 55+
community. A very small group of unvaccinated
residents and staff refuse to wear masks or get
tested before large events or any events, so
essentially the amenities, club house, ballroom,
meeting rooms, video room, pool table, all
unusable except for the few unvaccinated,
unmasked residents. The management company
refuses to ask or require masks or vaccination
status. We all pay large dues, $235 a month, to use
but now only a very few, 40 for recent New Years
party as compared to over 400 at same facility for a
summer gathering when rules were different and
outdoor spaces are abundant. Now mind you when
weather warms up the rules state NO Marco Polo
for more than 3. Don't try to put a flower pot in your
yard without permission either. There is an
extremely hostile environment among the HOA
staff composed predominantly by LENNAR, but the
president, a resident also refuses to listen to the
vast majority of the residents.
