Rented from them for 7 years and I see people saying that everyone is rude but I would say, more so that they just want to get to the point of things. I imagine that some tenants are more challenging than others. Make sure you are on top of your move in, keep records of your interactions with them and clean your rental when you hand the key back over. I found that if we ever had a problem that it was taken care of in a timely manner and we had an email or phone call acknowledging our issues. Thanks for being attentive.

I am very disappointed in the way we were treated. Rita was very unprofessional and rude when showing us the home as if we were an inconvenience and then took our money for an application. I understand that they need to ask questions but Rita went over board when asking about our personal love life why should we answer questions that personal. I really hope you guys get better employees that treat your clients with respect. Remember every business grows thanks to the way you run your business and this is not a business you should be proud of. Thanks for taking the time to read this

Most of the ladies their are rude & fake. Always keeping you on check, can’t live peacefully. You’ll just get ripped off here when you move out. When we moved in the house wasn’t fully clean we had to sanitize ourselves, recent tenants left a lot of stuff behind including toilet bowl brushes which I found gross that the company didn’t clean. When I moved out I cleaned the house better than when I received it and still got half of the deposit token away. These ladies show up without a notice which I didn’t like, they need to understand you’re paying to live there And they need to treat their tenants better..

There are not professionals, Very rude people. They say they're gonna respond and they never replied. I pay for the application and they said they don't have any houses available when they do have homes available.They asked for the triple income to rent a house in my income is really height to rent a house and they never want to help to get one. Really upset . I wasted my time on applying

I am currently looking for a home for rent and my sister had told me about this real estate company and I recommend you don't go there they lied to me about a home that was for rent and accused me of lying about who was going to be living in that home they are very disrespectful and very unprofessional
