Martin was Amazing! He really took the time to explain all our options, the good, the bad and the ugly. He helped us find what worked best for our needs and went to bat for us several times to get the best rate possible.
Our renewal process was less stressful and nerve-wracking with him guiding us though it all.
Martin helped us with our original financing for a new home mortgage several years ago. I'm very happy we followed up with him and Legacy as opposed to renewing through our existing provider. They were able to provide very competitive rates and understood market conditions today/where it is going.
