Samuel is an outstanding real estate agent! I have tried worked with a number of agents in the past, some local and some from further away, and none of them have ever compared Samuel. He is the only one who took me seriously about what I wanted to do, and he helped navigate me through the process of buying my first property. I worked with Jean Leatherman, and she helped my family and I find a house and sell it over a year later. When we first moved, our furniture was not arriving for several days so Mrs. Leatherman purchased lawn chairs and tables for us to use. Very very kind. I had a hard time occur at work and was forced to move abruptly and she had our home sold within 2 days. So, very thankful for Mrs. Leatherman and her team. I highly recommend them.

I am currently having a house built by a builder recommended by one of ErA Leatherman agents Natasha Byrd. First she helped me try and find an existing house, but due to the current market it became frustrating to find a house I liked in my price range. She suggested maybe having a house built. The builder, housing community, and Natasha Byrd are a real disappointment. She never asked if the development is somewhere I wanted to live one red flag. Second red flag she never provided any kind of floor plan from the builder. We only looked at houses he was currently building, and I had to take their word that the plan I liked is what she actually wrote on paper and told him I wanted. Third red flag once the building process started, I heard from her at least once or twice a week to get paperwork done. Then she stayed in contact to get other things that needed immediate accomplishments (i.e brick selection, floor color etc.). I have never had a house built from the ground up and many times I expressed this to her. So, after a month and a half of no contact from her I received a call from her telling me some of my selections were not available they needed other selections. I told her over the phone I had written down other selections and sent her an email with them. Then received another call saying according to the builder those were not available either. She accused me of selecting my backups from online. This made my upset we went back and forth. But to end this review she was talking over me on the phone and not really listening. You do need to stay in contact with customers regardless of the home buying process. Don't assume everyone is the same and push them to the back burner so you don't have to deal with them. Maybe not every week but at least a couple of times during a thirty-day period.

I rented through ERA Leatherman for approximately a year and a half, and it was one of the best rental experiences I've ever had. Amy McCalaman was incredibly attentive to any issues I had, in addition to being quick to respond and give updates via email/phone. Real nice folks working up there! Highly recommend!

Amy was always a pleasure to work with and she was willing to help us any time. We made requests via email (for when our heat quit working in our rented apartment, for instance) and were always provided with a solution promptly. Amy even checked on us after Hurricane Matthew in 2016 to see if we were OK and if there was any damage that needed attention. I definitely recommend this company based off our experience.
