I picked James and Leading Edge solely based on reviews and reputation and I was not disappointed. I was planning to sell after the new year in January but contacted James in December just to get started . He convinced me not to wait as he felt the market was best at the moment and that my house could sell fairly quickly. So, despite my skepticism because of the holidays, I took his advice and put it for sale in mid December. Apparently he knows his stuff because the house had a half dozen visits the first week and by the second week I had 2 offers ! We were very pleased with the results and with the quality of the service and the beautiful couple who appreciated the care we had given the home. From the start, James was extremely available, personable, helpful, and had obviously expert advice. We ended up getting outbid on the property as it passed the max we wanted to spend, but we will go in for a backup offer.

James went above and beyond, working with us while we were in a different time zone, and stayed up til probably past midnight to get our offer submitted. He also went to the property himself to get an idea of its strengths and weaknesses, on very short notice.
