I recently worked with Adam again to obtain a mortgage. Still love the online application and secure document upload facility.

Just as before, Adam was very fast and efficient in preparing my file for submission to a reputable bank. We were working on a tight deadline and Adam delivered on time again.

Just before my actual closing I noticed that the lender posted a slightly better new rate. Quick discussion with Adam (and his prompt follow up with the bank) resulted in me getting an improved rate!
