This was my first time to use Lauren Lawson as my real estate agent, and I didn’t regret it one time. To say that Lauren is a great "realtor" is an understatement. I've met many realtors, and then I met Lauren by chance on a showing that came up last minute -a blind meet that turned into Lauren helping us purchase 3 x over and sell property that we were sentimentally tied to. Lauren, has shown grace in each transaction, she is an advocate, a cheerleader, a therapist (lol) and a leader in her role. She shows compassion, but also market savvy and somehow without being pushy, guides you in the process of buying or selling in the most positive light. Both buying and selling are stressful, even in the easiest of transactions, but when you have someone like Lauren, reading your cues, she somehow makes it all smoother.

At one point, we were about to give up on finding our "dream home'" and Lauren literally called me and said "we are not quitters". Soon after, we landed it, and I really have to believe that trwith her newly added staging services. This is not just "throw a couch and a plant " in the room. She, along with her designers truly assess the property and the target market and stage the home to this market. For example, selling in a covid environment meant possibly having homeschooling and parent working from home. They carved an area to showcase both of these scenarios in a home that was only 1500 sf. I would have never been able to do that myself. After she staged the home, we wanted to keep it and buy it for ourselves!

Do yourself a favor, and reach out to her. You may find that you have also found a friend in the business, not just a "Realtor".
