This review is long overdue, but I wanted to take the time to fully capture the incredible effort and dedication Grant and Laura put into helping us buy AND sell our homes.

Our journey began in 2024 when we were casually exploring the idea of moving. Although we weren’t quite ready, the Laws ensured we were prepared just in case we found something we loved. And sure enough, we discovered our dream home—a true gem. The challenge? It required us to sell our current home while buying the new one, a daunting process to say the least. But thanks to Grant and Laura’s expertise, we navigated this complex path seamlessly. They introduced us to a program that allowed us to buy our new home while still living in our old one, which was a game-changer.

When it came time to submit our offer, the Laws left no stone unturned. They strategized with us to make our offer as appealing as possible, consistently stayed in touch with the seller’s agent to build rapport, and kept us informed every step of the way. Despite their tireless efforts, we initially lost the bid to a higher offer—a heartbreaking moment for all of us. But all hope was not lost; just a week later, we received the incredible news that the home was ours after the initial buyer backed out! I’m convinced the Laws were even more thrilled than we were—proof of how deeply invested they are in their clients’ happiness.

Amidst the excitement, they also prepared us to sell our current home. What could have been an overwhelming and stressful time was made manageable thanks to their guidance. From prepping the house to meet a tight listing deadline to handling all sorts of potential buyers, they handled every detail with care and precision.

In the end, we sold our home within three months and are now happily renovating our dream home. None of this would have been possible without Grant and Laura’s expertise, support, and dedication. Beyond their professionalism, they’ve become friends we truly value. If you’re looking for a real estate team that genuinely cares and will go above and beyond, look no further. It was a delight having Laura and Grant help us buy our first home!

We first met Laura and Grant while house hunting in the fall of 2023; they were the selling agents for one of the properties we were interested in. We didn't get the place, but we exchanged contact information in case they found other properties that would interest us.

Over the next several months, we began aggressively looking at more properties with Laura/Grant as our agents. Laura and Grant helped us navigate the housing markets around us and provided valuable insights and guidance, while being proactive with other agents and maintaining open communication with us. We had lucked out on some houses that went to other buyers, but when one door closes, another opens.

From start to finish, my husband, Mike, and I had a fantastic home buying experience with Laura and Grant! We had our hearts set on moving to the SGV the summer of 2023 in a competitive market with very low inventory. Our top criteria was finding a trusted partner who was willing/wanted to listen to us, was not pushy, engaged, and offered sound professional input. We did our diligence and interviewed several realtors and Laura and Grant fit what we were looking for and we never questioned our decision.

What we didn’t realize we needed to succeed in this crazy market was someone that had the current local experience to navigate, negotiate, and close the deal. Laura and Grant did all that and more. To help our offer get accepted, they made a great connection with the listing agent to understand how our offer could stand out. Thanks to Laura’s proactiveness and diligence, she discovered the offer due date was moved up from the original date. Without this critical piece we would have missed out on our dream home! Laura and Grant helped us structure a very attractive offer which was accepted. Grant also skillfully advised on how to get a substantial credit back on some of the issues that came up with the home inspections.

We had tons of questions through the process and Laura and Grant were patient and thorough answering all of them. We’ve worked with other realtors before and the Laws were some of the best. They were excellent communicators, very responsive and we had fun working with them and truly felt like we could be ourselves in expressing our opinions and preferences of homes we looked at. The Laws know how to navigate the predominant cultures of the SGV agents and clients- something else that sets them apart from their peers. We would use them again and have been referring them to our friends and family! You’ll be in good hands.

Real estate transactions can be stressful, complicated, and possibly the biggest financial transaction of your life. Grant & Laura assisted me with the purchase of my first home 5 years ago, and recently the sale of that home to purchase my new home.

In seeking to sell our 1st home and purchase a new one for my family, Grant & Laura were the perfect fit as a couple who understood our needs and concerns as a young family looking for the perfect home. What a great balance! Laura has incredible warmth and the feminine eye for detail that mattered to my wife as we explored what potential a property could have as a future home. Selling a home to buy a home can also be complicated, but Grant made it super easy by working with me to structure both transactions so that I was setup for success and protected in case the buyer fell through.

I actually have many friends who are brokers and agents that are undoubtedly dissappointed that I did not choose to work with them, but my wife and I could not be more happy to have worked with Laura & Grant.

When me and my husband saw really good reviews about Laura and her husband Grant, we decided to give them a call and it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. We are very lucky to have found her!

From the beginning when we were just casually looking around for houses, Laura took time to get to know what we were looking for and also gave us a lot of good advice and thoughts about the market and the neighborhood. After viewing a few houses, we luckily found one that we loved and decided to put an offer in. Laura walked us through the process and it was very clear for us on what we needed to do. Even at times during the escrow when there were a few hiccups and we were anxious about things not getting done in time, Laura checked in frequently and made sure that we had all the assistance when we needed.
