I’ve lived here for almost 5 yrs and overall it’s a nice place to live . The apartment size is nice . Fernando is our maintenance guy and he is the best ! Always responds in a timely manner and helps above and beyond . We appreciate Fernando for all he does inside and outside of the building . Denise runs the office and she’s sweet and very communicative which I like about her . Whenever I see her she has a beautiful smile on her face which is welcoming warm and inviting.

We've been living here for a few years. Yes this place has it's ups and downs. Lately there have been such distructive children between ages 5 to 15. Some have tried to force their way into apartments. Some have tried setting fires and yes management was called but they did nothing. We called the police but they never came. The excuse we keep hearing is that "the kids freedom of expression is being trampled on" that is such bs. These kids parents aren't even home most of the time either.

I have resided in these apartments for more than 4 years already. What I can personally say about living here is the maintenance man. His name is Fernando, and he is an excellent worker. Whenever we have an issue, he does all in his power to ensure we are taken care of quickly and efficiently. He is always seen working so diligently, I am often surprise he is the one who takes care of so many people. He is perfessional in his craft, and if I were to give him a rating. I would give him a 10 out of 10. Living here is such a great experience for all kinds of families. I am so content to be resising in Las Palmas Apartments. I do hope we continue to have such a diligent maintenance worker, like Fernando, working for the apartment.

Been here for over 5 years and it was nice until we started getting bugs. The complex needs to tent this whole complex instead of just spraying.

On the other hand the maintenance man (Fernando) does his job extremely well. He does need help though as he is only one person working here in maintenance and and extra hand will help him keep up with requests.

Don't throw away your hard-earned cash! This business who keeps hiking up the rent but fails to address any issues in your living space. I've been dealing with mold and bugs for almost one year, finally, l had to involve the health department. This building won the property award for saving money of course they did because they have residents living in bad conditions and don’t fix our problems. I've been a resident here for 4 years and they still haven't managed to fix my vintage air conditioner and stove from the 1940s. This place is literally falling apart. Veronica and Devin are absolutely useless. I forgot to mention they are not responsible if someone breaks inside your car in a private parking lot. This place is GHETTO!!!!!! I have prove of pictures and emails between Veronica and Devin about my issues and nothing had gone done. Mold and bugs are a health issue and this business is allowing this to happen to residents who live in their property. I pay my rent on time.

I lived in these apartments back when it was the Shreraton Plaza Apartments with my mom and, sister when I was 12 back in 1977. It was a problamatic apartment complex back then. Our air conditioner did not work either. How funny that some things never change. We lived there for 4 months and my mother moved us out and, we found a nice house to rent. How sad after almost 50 years the problem allegedly could not be corrected.

So living here @Las Palmas Apartments for such a long time… I’ve seen the changes. I love that everything is close. I could walk literally everywhere within reason. Veronica, was always nice!!

But now!!! There is only one maintenance rep (Fernando) who knows his skill set.. also there is a Maintenance Supervisor who I rarely see. The grounds use to stay so clean…. Not so much now being down to one person. I have waited for the simplest repair to be done. Fernando, can only do so much in a day.

Broken gates, carport not always clean.. no central air. Oh and the sewer bugs that constantly seems to find their way in. I have never of the length of time I’ve been residing here I’ve never seen this out of control SEWER BUGS being this bad!!!!!

Cars are no longer broken into due to Security Cam. Overall it’s losing its spark. My friends always say ? they would not live here stating ..it’s way overpriced for what you’re getting. It’s a shame. Even parking on the street is congested.

My son and myself have lived here for almost 3 years and are very comfortable and happy here. Veronica and Fernando are always very courteous. when I speak with them. Also very prompt to fix any repairs I submit. I enjoy the quietness, the pool & gym this is our home. 😃
