Had an amazing experience!!! Lara helped us navigate the complex nature of buying a house while also trying to sell ours! She is an amazing negotiator and was able to get us into the house we wanted for the price we could actually afford! She took the time to listen to us, not only when we sat down and discussed what we were looking for in a house, but even listened to what we liked and didn't like about the houses she showed us. She was able to take all that into account when looking up potential places with us and she looked into the history of every place we saw. She didn't just look at the listing info, she did some digging to make sure we knew what we'd be buying and getting into. I highly recommend lara for everything reality and will absolutely work with her again if we ever move again.

So much to say about our connection by chance with Lara. We had planned for 20 years to make Alaska part of our future.
By chance when we were driving past the area we called many realtors and ONLY Lara stopped what she had scheduled for her day and show us many properties in 2 days, even though we told her that this really wasn’t where we might settle at.
Right away Lara made us comfortable and answered all our questions.
The next time we came by, once again on a drop of a dime, Lara took the time for us, all over the Kenai Peninsula. Still we told her that we had thought this area was not where we thought we would settle at.
Then the third time, we actually felt as though this might be in our future. We looked at several homes and nothing was quite the right fit. But, Lara new of a listing coming up that just might be right. Unfortunately we weren’t in town long enough to see it the day it was available to walk through.
So, we drove past on our way to the airport and really wanted to know more.
Lara offered to line up a FaceTime walk through with us, we fell in love with the house… the process to negotiate the property to our goals and expectations was flawless, especially when the listing agent wanted to hardball us,
Lara stayed on task with us and in the end managed the entire transaction for us all while we were in Nevada.
From inspections to walk-thrus and beyond,
We had not physically seen the home until after we closed.
Let me say (as a past realtor) what Lara did was above and beyond and is VERY rare in this business!
I honestly couldn’t recommend anyone more than her for her dedication to making us feel as though we are ready to be up there full time.
