I will say, Bruce has been one of the nicest and most understanding landlords I've ever had. I moved here from out of state and he made the rental process so easy, he has never been more than a phone call away, and he has always been respectful to me. I am sad to be leaving my home, but I need more space. I'm even hoping to find another place under Lansford Realty in the next couple months!

We leased a home in Harrison from Lansford Realty & Property Management for 2-1/2 years and it was always a pleasant experience interacting with Bruce and his team! From day one, all questions were promptly answered, issues addressed and always a good outcome. Every home, yard, family and business encounters troubles but we were always able to work together professionally and respectfully! The service providers that were hired were good; good enough that many we have continued to use now that we are in our own home we purchased. Every step of the way, Bruce made sure our relocation from IL to TN into a home and neighborhood that have now helped us to live here for life was done first class! Thank you Bruce!

Not a trustworthy property manager if you are an owner. Through the sale of 2 properties I found that Bruce did a poor job of inspecting properties through the years we paid him and are now left dealing with deferred maintenance issues. I am an out of area property manager and am now facing angry tenants as well as severe deferred maintenance. Tenants reported it taking years to resolve small issues such as running toilets, poorly functioning appliances, and mail boxes. Bruce will also allow tenants to be late with rent and not collect late fees. If you are a property owner, you would be best served by finding a more professional property manager and you property will be in a better condition for it. Renters, don't expect good service, or rapid response for maintenance issues.

Bruce Lansford has managed my property in Chattanooga for 3 years. He has done a great job and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. We are selling our house and he is helping us get the house together. My last tenant left the house a mess and he is doing a great job of taking care of it for us. We live three hours away and I have always trusted him to take care of our house.

I have rented a property from Bruce for a year and he was very awful from day one. The home owner actually did more than he did and was very nice. Bruce never answers or returns phone calls, texts, emails. The only reason I moved in was the home owner told Bruce to let me in for the first month and make up the rent the following month which I did. However because he took the house off the website FOR 8 HOURS he told me that he would not return the $1,350 security deposit i already put down. He said the home owner would let him, but come to find out from the home owner Bruce would have kept it for himself because the home owner said he would have refunded it. Lansford as a business is a joke and has awful ethics, however they must have wonderful home owners they manage because the are still in business. If I could I would give them no stars.

I just want to say that it was a pleasure to sign a lease with Mr Lansford and his team. I love my new duplex. Mr. Lansford is a very genuine man. They made the process smooth and non complicated. I hope the relationship continues to stay positive. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company.

I am from the Chattanooga area, and have dealt with a variety of property managers at apartments, as well as several rental house property companies. I would have to say that thus far, Lansford Realty has been the best experience so far.

The house itself needed some work, however as I was moving in on a time crunch, I can't really complain when renting a 50 year old house. If there was a problem, Bruce would usually come out himself to fix it, and usually fairly promptly as well. Overall, I would be hard pressed to find a major fault to complain about, and I would recommend Lansford Realty to any decent person in the rental house market.

We’ve been renting from Bruce Lansford Realty for the last six years, in two different homes. The homes are kept in immaculate condition and anything that happens, Bruce is quick yo respond. We appreciate his responsiveness and professionalism. The only reason we are moving out is due to moving to another state.
