This company is not a good choice, they did terrible work on our floors when our washer flooded. We can feel the Carpet nails at the carpet seams where they meet thee wood flooring, they did not tuck or properly secure the carpet where it meets the tile at our fireplace and they cut the carpet too short where it meets the new wood flooring in our main hall so there’s a big gap which we had to cover with a rug because they couldn’t or wouldn’t find transition pieces to match our flooring. I wish I could turn back time. Save yourself

This was one of very, very few (3) Mobile area contractors who actually returned my call. The man who came out to give the estimate rescheduled once, like another company had done, but he was on time for the second appointment. He was very nice, professional, took notes & measurements and asked me to email some information which I did while he was here. He said he had a few other jobs at the moment, but he would have the estimate to me by Monday. He said this on a Wednesday. Four weeks ago. Sigh. I'd give him a 3 for being nice, but I'm really tired of having to beg people to let me pay them.
