Viewed a house, politely payed the $50 application fee, was told 48-72 hours for an update on approval or denial. That time passed. Reached out a week later, with no update. Reached out another 2 weeks later with no decision provided. Wasted hope, time, and $50.

Very difficult to work and unprofessional. I spent 7 months trying to get assistance with a 1985 lawn mower that never worked. Out of the blue, they tried to charge me for repairs to a lawn mower that was never functional; after contacting the owner, it became obvious that the lawn mower was not the original lawn mower and the property had never once been inspected. If you are currently renting from Lane, you are only responsible for what's written in the lease. The property has improved without Lane involved.
