We were definitely a little apprehensive about buying land on a website. The whole process could not have been easier or gone smoother. We were initially looking at property late on a Sunday evening and we emailed some questions hoping to maybe hear back on Monday. To our surprise we were greeted immediately and all of our questions were answered that night. Purchasing property with Landio was a wonderful experience. Communication with Tory was excellent. Always answered any questions I had and made a custom video for me. Along with the video the website had so many pictures and the descriptions were so good I decided to buy the property sight unseen! I then used the buy it now option on the Landio website and instantly owned the property. Communication after that continued to be excellent. Closed within 1.5 weeks and it was a very simple and fast process as well. Finally went to the property 2 weeks later and man was I blown away. It is amazing and better than I could have dreamed. I highly recommend Tory and Landio and I have several friends currently looking for property with Landio as well. If I ever buy another piece of property I will not hesitate to call Tory!!

I remember when Landio had only a couple properties years ago and owner financing was a big part of why we were interested. We have contacted Tory several times (and basically it was no all cash no help)
Since then all I see is Landio buying up properties that were once much cheaper (you're making a killing) As believers we really thought that they would be interested in helping an honest working couple but they don't seem to be. I see the testimonials (they are all from years ago of people they once helped get affordable financing, since they do mostly own the properties themselves and I just want to cry)
Honestly I'm disappointed to see all the properties they are buying and selling only for cash ?.
The properties they have been selling in Southern Colorado have tripled in price, where 5 acres was once 9,000 to say they are truly interested in helping people or themselves only Abba knows. Its a shame what happens when these real estate agents start acquiring land and buying up everything that was once affordable.
I see them say God bless you, but which God?
Money becomes god to many. We just wanted to find our forever home.

Let me start by saying that Tory is an honorable man and although I did not proceed with my purchase in dealing with him directly I can tell you he is the real deal when it comes to buying land. Everything he said about the property I was looking at checked out with the city and county offices. If your looking to own a piece of property I highly recommend you talk to Tory he will do you straight. I can tell you that I will be back in the near future to purchase a piece of land.

It was or it has been the most easy and enjoyable experience in my life , for my wife and I , it's been so amazing that we have other members of our family involved. I personally love Victoria. She is so kind, professional and helpful person I ever encounter, we love our piece or land near the lake and forest park, the people at the Note Services Center are amazing too making things so easy to understand and to setup our payment process.
