Apparently they deleted my review.. Won’t take calls. We have tried multiple times to get our account straightened out with this company. Megan won’t return calls neither will their attorney. We got behind and they hold our property and customers property hostage.!
They would not fix any structural problems roof leaked from day one, foundation was washed out from rotted gutters. The structural steel was rotted in several areas. We offered roof repair and other issues repaired by a couple contractors and no response. They won’t return veteran owned tools from one of my employees. Again several attempts to either rite the acct of purchase the property which is in our agreement were ignored. Several calls from owners have been ignored and a financial backer was ignored.

Since we can’t get a response from anyone our next step is filing a federal lawsuit. Polk county court system has ignored our counter suit and our writ of replevin. Land south has been completely unresponsive and has caused us serious financial distress. Also going to the media since this All started from the business owner being down with Covid for almost 3 months. Megan West is passed this off to their lawyer and he doesn’t take any call or accept a meeting. So I guess we go outside the box.!

Finally we get a response. Only after we post on here again. So interesting that we get all the things we as the tenants did wrong yet land south accepts any responsibility for the building structure…. So again we have enough witnesses and photos to show the building and its issues.
While we accept our responsibility and obligations to the property. We are not responsible for structural issues. We did several repairs that needed other things addressed that the management chose to ignore.

So if anyone reads this. Megan you lied on here that property is being inventoried and returned to proper owners. Interesting how a tow company is removing cars and bumping up the storage bills. The vehicles are not being returned they are being exploited.! Again I will ask how much do you want to return everything and we pay the balance of the lease.
I am going to the news I have already discussed it with a reporter. They are game and I took photos of you lying to Megan. My employee that has requested his tools from you will gladly participate in the interview along with a few customers. I’ll forward this to you lawyer in the morning.
