Me and my husband are new time homebuyers and the process was broke down so good when we signed for our home and now I can still say hey I need help with this or that and she is quick to it and get the issue solved right away just like with my water today they needed the company to call and approve it and that was done in one day !! When I tell u the dream of owning a home was so far out of reach for me because my credit wasn’t perfect like traditional banks require, BUT land headquarters is truly the answers to my prayers . I would just like to say on the surface this company seems awesome but the deals you find are definitely too good to be true I myself bought a property for 65k not knowing they obtained the property for approximately 20k these houses are extremely over priced for the amount of work necessary to make these homes livable not to mention that the locations of these homes are not in desirable locations my last complaint and reason as to why you shouldn't purchase a property through this company is they are not supported by the better business bureau they are not looking out for your best interest I can not even describe how frustrating it's been just to get these people to email my tax information to me please spare yourself the headache and avoid them at all cost

As of 03/31/25 I'm revising this review I've been very cordial with the company and I've most certainly been patient however dealing with this company has been very irritating all because they for whatever reason can't seem to figure out how to send an email the I called them two times today because I still haven't received the information I'm requesting and the last phone called resulting in the company hanging up on me please do not do business with this lousy excuse of a company

We worked with Meagan to purchase our home. The entire experience was very smooth and efficient. Does the property need work? Yes. We knew this going in and to be fair we were looking for something we could “make our own” so this was perfect for us! I love our home! Great neighborhood, friendly neighbors, structurally sound home with amazing bones. We looked at at least a dozen homes prior to finding Meagan and none really fit the bill. This was a great option for us! Highly recommend them.

This is, by far, the easiest route to homeownership I’ve ever found! If you have your credit together, a large lump sum for a down payment and all the bells and whistles to go the traditional route in buying a home, this method might not be for you. But for those of us who have paid down our credit cards but still can’t get a score high enough; for those of us who don’t have thousands of dollars for a down payment; for those of us who have to choose between renting and buying or homelessness and simply having a place to live, this is our option. I simply got tired of renting and facing the ridiculous requirements just to rent a place to live. I got tired of moving and I refused to move into another rental property. So I went for my two bedroom home and I’ve literally gone from facing eviction to owning my own home; JUST LIKE THAT! Of course, my house needs some work. However, I have running water, electricity and a roof over my head. Those are the most important things. The fancy bells and whistles will come later! I’ve taken advantage of low rental rates in the past just to fix a place up myself. When I moved out, guess who got the equity! I figured if I can fix up somebody else’s property for a low rental rate, I can definitely fix up my own while the money I put in will bring a greater return. I am very grateful for these people! Lucas worked diligently with me as I was able to close within a few days. If you’re considering buying a property with these people, go for it; especially if it’s your first purchase! Get it, fix it up, then sell it or rent it out when you can do better. You definitely should know what you’re getting yourself into. However, if you have a plan, go for it! This is my blessing from God and I’ll forever be grateful for what these people are doing.
