Do not rely on this person for any help. I spoke to him about surveying my property. He mentioned he would help me with it once I closed. I closed on the property a week later and he completely just ignored all of my voicemails and text messages and now I have wasted a few weeks graciously waiting for him to get back to me trying to be understanding if maybe he’s busy but completely ignoring someone is just downright unprofessional. At least other surveyors that I called have mentioned they are 2 to 3 months out and just too busy. Completely respectable, but being ignored is unforgettable.

We received an appointment date and time from the company to stake our property in preparation for an upcoming fencing project, but no one showed up. I called and left a voicemail at the company number, and an additional one with the representative listed on the appointment confirmation. No answer, no response, even two and 1/2 weeks later. My wife left a voicemail the day after the scheduled appointment time, and she has likewise received no response to that email, even now.

A fellow showed up unannounced two days after the scheduled appointment time, having no knowledge of the appointment two days prior, but remarking that the no-call no-show was very uncommon. This guy was professional, polite, and did a fine job, earning the three stars in my review. The absence of the fourth and fifth stars are due to the inconsiderate and unprofessional nature of the logistics, planning, and follow-up of the job. No explanation was provided for the mistake.

The representative eventually called to confirm the work and say everything looked ok, but didn't mention the scheduling snafu or the voicemails, and my wife forgot to ask about it at the time.

We initially received an estimate for the square footage of our property for $300-$400. After the job was completed, we received an invoice asking for $540. I attempted to call the office to ask why the invoice far exceeded the estimate, but no answer. I emailed the representative asking why his estimate was so far off; no reply (ever). Later, I received a new invoice for $400, but otherwise no response.

Still no apology, no explanation. This company and the specific representative were recommended by family, who assured me that this was unlike him, but here we are.

The job itself and the fellow who came out were exemplary. The part about ignoring a customer concern in hopes that it will just go away is not. I don't expect a grand excuse, simply a "sorry about that scheduling oversight and the subsequent communication lapse" would have been professional and appreciated.

Had a plat drawn up. Took longer than stated by Doug. But they are good folks to work with. I’ve used them on multiple projects and refer them out a lot.
