Because zero stars is not an option. This company wastes a lot of customers' time and money. They hold these big events to create a false sense of urgency to purchase properties right now that are absolutely not organized well at all. The prices are non-negotiable and they won't release a site map with prices until you check in. Honestly, they could save themselves a lot of time and money and easily sell the properties online because their prices are reasonable. I don't know who runs that company but they should be fired. I mean completely inconsiderate. Most people just leave ticked off at these clown shows. My main business is in real estate and I won't have anything to do with this company. Good luck!!

This was not the first land sale that we went to in Texas, but was our first done by Lakewood Capital Group. Unlike some of the others we have attended, Lakewood was very well organized.
