I’ve lived at Lakeside villa for a little over a year and I’d have to say as a first time renter I had an amazing experience. Clarice in the office was wonderful her and her team alway made me feel like a priority. Anytime I had any problems she would always do what she could to make sure I’d get my problems fixed that same day or the day following. Her and her team always made feel that even though I moved in by myself and always had close friends in the office. The fun and laughter I share with her and her team will always be a memory I’d never forget during my time at lakeside villa.

When I tell you I love these people and this place I do! They were the best property manager and staff I have ever had living in ga and I have lived everywhere from Lawrenceville to Augusta and they were hands down the best. Maintenance team was on point, the level of above and beyond they would go for their tenants if they could is a testament to how well they love their jobs. They really were meant to do this because they are genuinely good people. My buddy Dre left a review as well and took a picture so I followed suit and made them hop in one with me because you should know the faces of these amazing people. They treat you like family and that’s what counts. I stayed from 2024-2025. Never been happier. Any comments complaining about anything is just upset about things outside of their control. They stay on top of everything. Kids are safe here, no pest, and it’s quiet. Great location. If you needed a real review not ChatGPT negative reviews from competitors her ya go fam. Although Clarice and Jessica are great to work with, I would not recommend moving here due to recent activities happening on the property. Kids are breaking into cars and stealing them. My daughter's car window was recently busted, and my truck was stolen off of the property. Management is doing nothing about it or providing any kind of compensation. Yes, there is one camera in the front (to see who keeps breaking the gate) and a supposedly courtesy officer. I am definitely fed up with this property. I understand that they have no control over certain things happening on the property, but if you are aware of criminal activities going on, then you need to provide more cameras to protect your residents. I feel unsafe and emotionally distressed. Don't get me wrong, I have enjoyed my 4 years here until recent criminal activities started taking place. It was definitely a great place to live.

Lakeside Villa is an absolute treasure! Under new management, it has transformed into the epitome of a perfect home. The layout is not only convenient but also ingeniously designed to make the most out of every inch. One of my favorite features is the personal balcony connected to the living room, offering a breathtaking view of the serene lake where I get to greet the ducks every morning – it's like having a piece of nature right at my doorstep.

Moreover, the amenities here are a dream come true. The gym and pool area are meticulously maintained, providing a perfect space to unwind or stay fit whenever I want. The free car wash area is an added bonus, making car maintenance a breeze.

The office staff, especially Miss Clarice, are incredibly welcoming and professional. Clarice went above and beyond to ensure we got everything we asked for, making the moving process seamless and stress-free.

Location-wise, Lakeside Villa is unbeatable. A school right across the street and a shopping center within walking distance mean convenience at its finest. From restaurants to clothing stores, everything I need is just a stone's throw away.

And the cherry on top? Lakeside Villa offers fantastic discounts on the first month's rent, making it not just a great place to live but also a smart financial choice. After exploring numerous options, Lakeside Villa stood out not only for its charm but also for its affordability. It's not just a place to live; it's a place to thrive and truly call home.

Great community! Jessica and Clarice had worked extremely hard to improve and I mean really improve this property. The prices, amenities, and the snacks are awesome. I was not going to renew my lease but it is such an approvement I decided to stay!

This new property management company that came on tail end of 2023 is wonderful . There has been lots of community upgrades and new staff is really wonderful with communication . The maintenance staff in the last year have also been phenomenal. I hope this group stays . It’s been a lot of turnovers, 4th year resident here .
