I bought one of these homes. The HOA Don Asher that is not located in Winter Haven & sends nasty threatening letters around the holidays; and the letters make up violations, this is the only way they justified their very expensive HOA fees. They aren't located in Winter Haven, but near Orlando FL. The board member has been casing their neighbors homes. Even though it is a gated community, the gate is broken most of the time. Which explains the robberies and the drug dealers! Southern Homes company were the contractors that made these homes and they used the cheapest material to build these homes. So if a home becomes available, and if the present owner didn't do repairs to these homes, be prepare to lay out plenty of money. My family have been repairing our home since we bought it.
