We can't say enough good things about Lakelands Realty . Tony and his crew (family) went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at ease with our cross country move. During our first visit to South Carolina and Lake Greenwood, Tony took us all over town and all around the lake . He was completely honest about the good and the less than good and after spending just one day with Tony and his son Chris, we knew we were in good hands and confident in our realtor. It took us a year to sell our properties and on our second time out Tony showed us the house of our dreams. The house closed without a hitch and we feel we have a realtor, but more importantly, a friend for life. At Lakelands Realty they are professional, have integrity and are honest to a fault.

Had a lake lot needing to be sold. I contacted Tony and he immediately told me he has a potential buyer. Within the week a contract was written up without ever having to market the lot. Tony has the connections whether you are buying or selling.

My wife and I met Tony about 3 years ago while we were vacationing on Lake Greenwood. The people and the surrounding area made us feel welcome and that this would be a great place to begin a new chapter in our lives. The search for a lake home began.

We were only there for a week but Tony fit us into his schedule, assessed our needs and even showed us a few potential properties. Vacation ended but the search continued. With Tony's help and patience, we stayed in touch and continued to meet up several more times over the years. We met his son Chris and Chris's wife Hayley. We're in the Finger Lakes area of NY so Tony kept in touch sending properties that might be of interest to us and answering our questions along the way. Recently, my wife discovered a home that she liked. No, really liked! I contacted Tony who was going to be out of town so he put me in touch with Chris. I flew down to Greenwood with a list of homes to view. Chris was very accommodating, much like his father. One of the last homes we visited was the one my wife had really liked. It was the perfect fit for our needs and we ended up closing on the home recently.

I can't thank Tony, Chris and Hayley enough for all their help, support and guidance. More than willing to answer questions, offer suggestions, follow up with owners, drive us around for showings, and introducing us to Lake Greenwood, some of the people and the surrounding area.
